Late Invoices

We do NOT provide extensions on invoices here at A1Hoster.

All invoices should be paid on DUE DATE. We do not have any grace period on delinquent invoices, Once the accounts will be suspended if not paid on the DUE DATE. These invoices are subjected to a 15% late fee that must be paid to reactivate the account. Invoices delinquent past 14 days are subject to account termination. We will make every attempt possible to contact you 24 hours prior to account termination. Once the account has been terminated ALL data including backups will be scrubbed from our servers. There is no recovering the data once the account is terminated.

Promotional Pricing

Many of our web hosting, reseller hosting, and VPS hosting packages are discounted for first-time customers.

All packages will renew at the regular rate.

For the BEST possible pricing, we reward customers for signing up annually (12 months), biennial (24 months), and triennial (36 months).

Refund Eligibility

We at A1Hoster understand the importance of customer satisfaction and strive to provide reliable domain and hosting services. Our refund policy applies to the following scenarios:

a. Domain Services

Domain registrations, transfers, and renewals are generally non-refundable.

In case of registration errors or technical issues caused by our system, refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

b. Hosting Services

Shared Hosting, VPS Hosting, and Dedicated Server plans are eligible for refunds within the specified refund period.

Refund Period

For hosting services, customers are eligible for a full refund within 7 hours from the date of purchase.

After the refund period has passed, no refunds will be issued for hosting services.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are applicable to the hosting plan cost only and do not cover additional services, domain registrations, add-ons, or any fees associated with the use of third-party services.

Non-Refundable Situations

Domain-related fees, including domain registrations, transfers, and renewals, are non-refundable.

Refunds will not be issued for services that have violated our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.

Refunds will not be provided if the customer's account is suspended or terminated due to policy violations.

Requesting Refunds

To request a refund, customers must submit a refund request through our support ticket system or contact our customer support team via email or phone within the refund period.

Refund Processing

Once a refund request is received, it will be reviewed by our team within 15 business days.

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

Processing times for refunds may vary based on the payment gateway and financial institutions involved.

Partial Refunds

In cases where add-on services were purchased along with the hosting plan, the cost of those add-ons will be deducted from the refund amount.

Chargebacks and Disputes

If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated by the customer without first contacting our support team, the customer's account may be suspended until the dispute is resolved.

Modifications to the Refund Policy

A1Hoster.pk reserves the right to modify, change, or update the refund policy at any time. Customers will be notified of any changes through our website or email communication.
